Next Level Team

Paris Williams is a co-founder at Next Level Financial. She is responsible for providing leadership for all aspects of operations, emphasizing growth, setting goals, and supporting clients. She provides strategic direction and vision for the company. She holds a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University and a Master’s from UC Berkeley. In her free time, Paris enjoys live music, spending time with her family, and dancing.

James Williams Jr. is co-founder and lead CFO at Next Level Financial. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), one of the highest designations in the finance profession. James is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations grow (Level-up), and operate more efficiently. James has extensive experience in accounting, investments, real estate development, and asset management. He enjoys working out, playing drums, and family time with his wife and three kids in his free time.
